Warehouse & Logistics Operative

We are supporting a company situated on the outskirts of Leighton Buzzard who are seeking an experienced warehouse operative to join their core logistics team. For this role, you MUST be a driver, with a car available due to location.

Location: Leighton Buzzard.

Working Hours: 09:00am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Contract Type: Perm.

Start Date: ASAP.

Duties:

• Assist in managing warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Picking and packing the orders for our customers and prepare these for delivery.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
• Monitor and maintain supplies of consumables.
• Storing and rotating stock.
• Assist our Customer Service team, taking orders and answering customer queries.

Skills:

• An understanding of a warehouse management system.
• The ability to follow safety, quality and production standards.
• You may need to be able to lift, bend, twist, kneel and crouch.
• Core attention to detail.
