Revit MEP Coordinator

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading engineering consultancy, in a contract position, outside IR35. The successful candidate will be working on a Hybrid basis, from our client's Manchester office, in which you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of extensive healthcare projects, at stages 4-5.

-Competitive hourly rate ranging from £37-£40/hr (depending on experience).

-Hybrid working arrangement (3 days a week).

Responsibilities:

-Develop and manage coordinated MEP models for a variety of healthcare projects using Revit and Navisworks software.

-Collaborate with engineers and design teams to deliver clash-free designs with complete accuracy.

-Support project delivery from early design through to construction.

-Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve design issues.

-Maintain model accuracy, compliance, and version control.

What We Are Looking For:

-Qualification in building services, BIM, and/or engineering, is desirable.

-Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator or similar role, with experience of working on healthcare projects.

-Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for MEP, and an understanding of BIM standards and clash detection tools, such as Navisworks.

-Solid understanding of MEP systems and site workflows.

-Excellent communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills, with an attention to detail and organisation.
