We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our Hampshire wine production facility in Crondall. This is a hands-on managerial role overseeing production, logistics, stock, health and safety and accreditation.
Key responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the winery site, including production, stock management, logistics, and health & safety
- Responsibility for the day to day running of the facility
- Drive system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and maximise profit
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the Hampshire facility, including production planning and scheduling
- Ensure production targets and standards are met
- Lead and maintain SALSA and BRC accreditation standards
- Develop, implement and regularly update health and safety and risk assessments across all winery operations
- Manage the winery team
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a production management setting (essential)
- Strong organisational and planning skills (essential)
- Knowledge of SALSA/BRC standards and health & safety regulations (desirable)

Salary: Competitive, dependant on experience
Location: Office based in Crondall, Hampshire
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm with additional hours during harvest season
Reports to: Head Winemaker
