Production Support Technician

As a Production Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Cell Leaders and Team Leaders, ensuring production delays are minimised and issues are resolved efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with initial fault/reject diagnosis and identifying suitable '15-minute fixes' to keep production moving
• Liaising with various departments, such as Production Engineering, Production Control, and Quality Control, to find solutions
• Reviewing stock, creating repicks, and delivering replacement parts to the production line to minimise downtime
• Raising IERs (Incident Event Reports) and collaborating with Production Engineering as needed

The ideal Production Support Technician will have:

• Hands-on manufacturing experience, preferably in an assembly-focused environment
• Proficiency in basic SAP transactions related to PED, QC, and Production Control
• A good understanding of the company's product range and current production status
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
