Clarence Park Residential & Nursing Care Home provides compassionate short- and long-term care for up to 40 residents, including recovery, nursing, and palliative support.
We are looking for a Senior Care Assistant, whether you are an experienced care assistant ready to step up into a leadership role, or already working as a senior. In this position, you will lead and support the care team, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of person-centred care in a warm, welcoming environment.
What We Offer
What You Will DoAs a Senior Care Assistant, you will lead by example, guiding the team to deliver compassionate care while promoting residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeing. You will coordinate shifts, oversee medication administration and care documentation, and ensure that every resident's needs are met with attention and care.
You will communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for the team. In addition, you will respond to emergencies, help maintain a safe and comfortable home, and support the ongoing development of your colleagues.
