This role is perfect for individuals with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a hunger for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with Landlord and Tenants.
- Promote and rent real estate properties to clients in Dubai internationally.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on Dubai s property trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service and offer tailored investment solutions.
- Generate and convert leads through various sales and marketing strategies.
- Attend property viewings, networking events, and sales meetings.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with potential tenants.
