Paint Sprayer

Kolt Recruitment are looking for a skilled and experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join a leading Accident Repair Centre in Brackley. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a bodyshop, where quality and efficiency are at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding, and priming.
• Mix and match paint colours to manufacturer specifications.
• Apply paint coats to vehicles, achieving a high-quality finish.
• Ensure all work is carried out to industry and manufacturer standards.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Experince

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer within an accident repair centre or bodyshop.
• Strong knowledge of paint application techniques and refinishing processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering top-quality work.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
