Care Assistant

I am currently recruiting for a caring and reliable Care Assistant to join the team at a well-established care home in Ayrshire. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide hands-on support and make a real difference in the daily lives of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to residents in line with their individual needs and care plans.
• Assist with daily living activities including washing, dressing, mobility, and mealtimes.
• Offer companionship and emotional support, promoting dignity and independence.
• Work as part of a team to create a safe, comfortable, and caring environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.
• A compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to care.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
