Manufacturing Engineer Gloucester - £40,000 - £50,000

A new opportunity has become available for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing, very successful and market-leading company in Gloucester.

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for:

• Developing and improving manufacturing processes
• Supporting NPI projects
• Applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen etc.
• FMEA, SOPs, Root Cause Analysis
• Supporting the maintenance and production teams with any manufacturing issues

The ideal Manufacturing Engineer will have:

• Experience working in a busy manufacturing environment
• The ability to work alongside other technical teams
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Experience with jigs, fixtures etc.
• Experience in a similar manufacturing engineering role
