Paraplanner Manager - London - Hybrid - Salary up to £75k + benefits (US)

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional client service in the financial services sector? We're seeking a Client Service Manager to lead high-performing paraplanning teams and drive operational excellence across a thriving business.

What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire technical teams to deliver outstanding client service.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to implement strategic initiatives.
• Manage performance, training, and development across multiple teams.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards.
• Act as a key liaison between client services and commercial teams.

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial planning strategies and FCA compliance.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., Intelliflo).
• Excellent communication, coaching, and change management skills.
• Ability to travel between office locations as needed.
