My client, a boutique independent practice in the heart of Ruislip High Street, is looking for a smart, well-spoken, and experienced Optical Assistant to join our welcoming team. We're known for our curated designer eyewear, personalised service, and relaxed, professional environment.

The Role:

• Full-time, 5 days per week, including every Saturday
• Hours: 9:00am - 5:45pm with a 1-hour lunch
• Closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays
• 2 testing room practice with a focus on quality over quantity
• No pre-screening - our optometrists take care of the full clinical process
• Use of Eye Clarity system for smooth patient flow and record-keeping
• Assist with all areas of the patient journey, including admin, filing, and frame styling

What We're Looking For:

• Optical experience required
• Comfortable working Saturday's.
• Well-presented and confident with excellent communication skills
• Calm and composed when handling even the most challenging customer interactions
• Passionate about optics and customer service, with a strong team ethic
