Panel Beater ( Multi Skilled )

Kolt Recruitment are seeking an experienced and versatile Multi-Skilled Technician to join a busy Accident Repair Centre in Brackley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with skills across panel, paint, and preparation to work within a modern, professional bodyshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality repairs including panel replacement, filler work, preparation, and paint application.
• Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and industry standards.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Operate bodyshop equipment safely and effectively.
• Support the team across different areas of the repair process where required.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician or in a similar accident repair role.
• Competent in panel work, paint spraying, and preparation.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
