Panel Beater

Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join a busy Accident Repair Centre in Farnborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled bodyshop professional to work in a modern workshop, carrying out high-quality body repairs on a variety of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality repairs including panel replacement, filler work, and dent removal.

• Use modern repair techniques and equipment to ensure accurate results.

• Work to manufacturer and insurance standards, delivering excellent workmanship.

• Maintain high levels of quality control and attention to detail.

• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while supporting the wider bodyshop team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater within a bodyshop or accident repair environment.

• ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification desirable but not essential.

• Strong metalworking, welding, and repair skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

• Full UK driving licence.
