What you will be doing as Head of Customer Supply Chain:

As Head of Customer Supply Chain, you will lead the end-to-end customer supply strategy, ensuring inventory availability supports channel growth and meets customer needs across retail, DTC, and B2B channels. You'll act as a strategic partner to commercial and supply chain teams, using data insights to anticipate trends, optimise stock, and deliver exceptional service. You'll also lead and develop a high-performing team, champion continuous improvement, and ensure supply strategies are aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities for the position of Head of Customer Supply Chain:

• Lead end-to-end customer supply operations across all channels, ensuring best-in-class service and alignment with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and commercial partners to anticipate and proactively address supply needs.
• Own inventory planning, forecasting, and availability strategies to support growth across retail, DTC, and B2B channels, collaborating with supply chain and logistics teams to optimise stock levels and timely replenishment.
