Optometrist - Oxfordshire
Locations: there are a few locations across Oxfordshire where they can accommodate a full or part time Optometrist as all of their practices are 2-testing rooms and have capacity to increase their clinics.
Salary: Up to £65,000 DOE + Benefits
Hours: Flexible - Full or Part Time (every Saturday required)

Must be a UK registered Optometrist with a GOC number and up to date with CET points
Must be a UK resident (unable to support a tier 2 sponsorship)

The Role

• 30-minute testing times to allow for thorough and unrushed eye examinations
• Pre-screening carried out by experienced support staff
• Modern equipment including trial frames and OCT
• No Sundays or Bank Holidays - excellent work/life balance
• Working hours: 9:00-5:30 Monday to Friday, 9:00-4:30 Saturday

About You

• GOC registered Optometrist with at least 2 years' post-registration experience
• Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to achieve high conversion rates (60%+)
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner
• A good work ethic and team-focused approach
