Our client is passionate about property finance, utilising technology, they seamlessly connect finance brokers and borrowers with a vast network of specialist property finance lenders, facilitating the sourcing of the best-value development finance, bridging loans, and commercial mortgages quickly and effortlessly.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in championing relationships with mortgage intermediaries, lenders, and agents. You will be responsible for ensuring their satisfaction and success by providing exceptional service and support. This role will involve meeting with clients, including holding meetings at their offices, to understand their needs and objectives and to strengthen partnerships.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you'll be the trusted partner guiding brokers, lenders, and stakeholders through onboarding, adoption, and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead new clients through smooth onboarding and long-term success.
  • Drive product adoption and ensure customers see real value.
  • Manage the full account lifecycle - renewals, upselling, and growth.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with brokers, lenders, and industry partners.
  • Deliver onsite training and represent the client voice internally.
  • Stay ahead of property finance trends and become a trusted expert.

Experience required:

  • 3-5 years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar within property finance.
  • Passionate about technology
  • Proven success in renewals, upsells, and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and organised, able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings across the UK.

Salary Details:

Up to £45k Basic salary (Dependent on experience)

OTE £65k - £70k
