SC Cleared Network Discovery & Migration Consultant (Aruba, Cisco)

We are currently working with our global IT consultancy who have an urgent requirement for an experienced SC Cleared Network Discovery & Migration Consultant to support a secure public sector engagement. This role offers the opportunity to work in a complex environment alongside senior consultants and technical leaders, helping shape and deliver a critical migration roadmap.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery workshops and gather detailed network and system data

• Classify and consolidate discovered endpoints based on service role

• Group devices/endpoints in line with security guidelines and business processes

• Develop a migration roadmap aligned with business priorities and technical requirements

• Identify and prioritise business functions/services for migration

• Assess dependencies between applications, systems, and networks

• Validate compatibility with the existing network infrastructure

• Define phased migration approaches to minimise operational disruption

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong networking expertise, ideally with Aruba, Cisco, and other enterprise platforms

• Proven experience in network discovery, assessment, and consolidation projects

• Background in secure environments, ideally public sector

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills

• Ability to develop structured roadmaps for large-scale migration programmes
