What You'll Do

• Lead a talented team of Epicor consultants and developers.
• Architect scalable ERP solutions tailored to client needs.
• Design and optimize BAQs, BPMs, and system architecture.
• Collaborate across departments to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Drive innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with Epicor ERP, especially BAQs & BPMs.
• Proven track record in technical architecture design.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing project delivery.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points For

• Epicor certifications
• Integration experience (REST, SOAP, EDI)
• SQL Server, SSRS, or C# knowledge
