The Role
- Manage the finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis.
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimise financial performance.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Monitor cash flow and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
Requirements
- Fully Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), Part Qualified or Qualified by Experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience within the industrial or manufacturing sector is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
