L&D Specialist

Are you an experienced Learning & Development professional looking for your next challenge? We're working with a well-regarded organisation in the not-for-profit sector based in Birmingham who are seeking an L&D Specialist to join them on a 3-month temporary assignment.

The details

• Contract: 3-month temporary assignment
• Location: Birmingham City Centre (hybrid, 3 days office / 2 days home)
• Hours: Full-time
• Salary: Equivalent of £35,000 per annum (paid hourly)

About the role

You'll play a key part in designing and delivering engaging training to support staff development. The focus will be on:

• Delivering soft skills training across the organisation
• Supporting and developing leadership capability
• Providing coaching to colleagues and managers

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact on people development within a purpose-driven organisation.

What we're looking for

• Strong background in training delivery
• Experience in leadership development and coaching
• Confident facilitator with excellent communication skills
• Available for an immediate start
