We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team, delivering person-centred care to a male client in the comfort of his own home in High Littleton.

Your Role: As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a key role in supporting the client s complex care needs with professionalism, compassion, and dignity. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality, individualised nursing care
• Administering medications via PEG/jej
• Supporting personal care, mobility, and daily routines
• Monitoring vital signs and responding to any changes in condition
• Keeping accurate care documentation and health records
• Coordinating with GPs, consultants, and other health professionals
• Developing and reviewing care plans tailored to the client s needs
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
• Offering emotional support and education to the client and family

Essential Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin
• Previous experience in community care, domiciliary care, or complex needs preferred
• Confident in PEG care and working independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to the client s evolving health and care requirements
