About the role
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Mac Support Analyst to join our IT team and provide day to day support across our Mac systems, applications and equipment. You'll play a key role in ensuring staff can work efficiently with the tools they need, while helping to maintain a secure and well managed IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational support for Mac systems and multimedia technologies.
Support and maintain the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro and Audition preferred).
Assist with audio visual setup and support for meetings and events.
Use IT ticketing/incident management systems to track and resolve issues.
Skills & Experience
Must have strong Mac support experience in a business or creative environment.
Must have strong Adobe Creative Suite knowledge (Premiere Pro, Audition ideal).
Must have strong Jamf expertise for device management.
Audio visual experience preferred.
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems.
