Job Description
A large manufacturing company based in Chelmsford are looking for a Quality Engineer for a 6 to 12 month contract.
We are looking for someone who has experience as a Quality Engineer within the manufacturing sector, has knowledge of ISO 9001 and has strong analytically to identify problems.
The role is paying up to 20.67ph on a PAYE basis.
The hours of work are 7:30-15:30 Monday-Thursday and 7:30-14:45 Fridays.
Responsibilities:-
- Monitoring and enforcing clean-room compliance with established protocols
- Support inspection for incoming components to ensure that quality standards maintained
- Non-conformance management and improvement activity
- Leading investigations into both internal issues and customer complaints/returns
- Performing internal audits
- Support audit activity for annual ISO9001 audits
- Support customer meetings and audits
- Quality approval of delivery review boards
This is a 6 - 12 month assignment, working in a nice large facility, working on fantastic projects.
