Factory Production Operatives

Near Lutterworth (A5 so own car is needed)

Pay: 750 per week ( 14.34ph + guaranteed overtime at 21.50ph)

Hours: 6am-6pm, Mon-Thurs (rotating weekly between days and nights)

Start: 6th October 2025 ( dealbreaker)

What You'll Be Doing

• Making and moving concrete roof tiles
• Mixing raw materials & running production machinery
• Hitting production targets & keeping quality high
• Manual handling - unloading products by hand
• Using a forklift.

What We're Looking For

• Someone physically fit as this is heavy, hands on work
• Must have your own car (village location so no buses)
• Reliable, committed and able to work rotating day & night shifts
• Ideally with a counterbalance forklift certificate.
