DrMediSpa, a renowned plastic and cosmetic surgery clinic are currently seeking professional and well-presented aesthetic therapists with previous experience, who will be available to work within our expanding team. The candidate having experience within the aesthetic or beauty industry is essential.

Although the candidate will have a base location they must be flexible to go to all three locations when needed. Our Clinics are based in Marylebone, Knightsbridge & Loughton Essex.

The ideal candidate must be professional, reliable, have excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional spoken and written English skills. The position is available for an immediate start.

The candidate will be required to work alternate Saturdays as well as weekdays.

Job Type / Category

The Aesthetic Therapist role will include:

Welcoming and chaperoning clients into the clinic and into your treatment rooms

Treating patients daily in aesthetic and skin treatments

Creating personalised bespoke home skincare product plans for clients using our range of skincare brands

Assessing clients concerns during consultations in clinic and virtually, using skin analyser devices, diagnosing skin conditions and informing treatment protocols

Referring patients to surgeons/doctors if necessary

Building a 1-1 professional relationship with clients and being attentive to their needs and concerns

Composing and sending clients in-depth treatment plans

Taking professional and precise documented images of clients concern for their medical files

Nursing and assistant for surgeons and doctors in their aesthetic and surgical treatments

Setting up the surgical rooms for surgical procedures and prepping clients before and after surgery

Weekly clinic stock checks and thorough treatment room checks

Unpacking and organisation of new clinic stock

Ensuring the treatment rooms are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness

Ad-hoc clinical duties given by management

Occasionally helping with reception and front of house duties

Creating skincare related content for the marketing team on a weekly basis with our marketing team

Collating patient transformation images and journeys for the marketing team on a monthly basis

Being involved in creating content for our social channels, YouTube and press articles

Ensuring the clinic is kept to the highest standard of cleanliness on a daily basis

Be flexible to attend other clinics occasionally dependant on demand

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

The ideal aesthetic therapist candidate:

Must be qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3.

Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the industry as an aesthetic therapist. Desired for the therapist to have qualifications and experience in advanced laser treatments, invasive skin treatments ie Harmony Laser Morpheus8, Co2 and body treatments although this is not required and training for this is provided

Must be extremely well presented,

Must speak fluent English and be incredibly literate, dedicated and reliable.

The chosen candidate should have the desire to progress in their role within the company.

The candidate must have an outstanding level of client care and professionalism.
Have a background in aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, skincare or beauty, however this is not essential.
Be well-presented, confident, punctual, reliable, intuitive, and a great multi-tasker.
Be flexible and adaptable.
Be extremely computer literate and have experience with booking systems.
Be able to manage a busy, hectic environment in a professional, calm manner.
Act in professional, friendly, polite and positive manner with clients at all times.
Be able to maintain confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail.
Be a strong communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Be able to deal with complex issues fast and efficiently putting clients first at all times.

Training

All aesthetic therapists at DrMediSpa receive a personalised training programme and have the opportunity to learn the latest treatments and techniques first-hand, in the field of aesthetics and cosmetic surgery.

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
