Application Support Lead - Business Objects | AWS | Azure | SQL- PERMANENT

We are a leading commodities trading company seeking an Application Support Lead to manage and enhance our business-critical applications. You'll lead a small support team, ensure system stability, and work closely with business and technology stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the application support function.

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for trading and risk systems.

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain applications.

• Manage reporting solutions with Business Objects.

• Support and improve environments across AWS and Azure.

• Develop and optimize SQL queries and scripts.

Requirements:

• Strong background in application support (commodities/finance preferred).

• Hands-on expertise with Business Objects, AWS, Azure, and SQL.

• Familiarity with ITIL practices.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
