CAD Design & Estimating TechnicianHybrid Working £25,000 - £30,000 Full-time, PermanentWe are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-driven CAD Design & Estimating Technician to join a growing team. This role involves producing compliant technical designs, schematics, and layout drawings, while working closely with engineers, consultants, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate CAD drawings, schematics, and layouts.
• Support design and estimating activities across multiple projects.
• Ensure designs are compliant with relevant standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Provide technical input during tendering processes.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven CAD design experience (AutoCAD essential; Revit desirable, training provided).
• Strong attention to detail with ability to produce accurate documentation.
• Confident communicator with strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Relevant technical qualification in design, engineering, or building services.
• Certification or training in CAD; BIM knowledge advantageous.
