Housing Officer - Chingford E4Salary: £25,000-£28,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:50pm

Responsibilities- Responding to calls and emails from tenants, landlords, contractors, and local authorities
- Handling repair requests and raising job sheets for internal maintenance staff
- Logging completed job sheets and maintaining accurate records
- Instructing external contractors when required
- Managing your own caseload while contributing to a team of four
Requirements- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage a busy inbox and multitask effectively
- Confidence working independently and within a team
- Experience in housing, property management, or customer service (preferred)
