Salary: £55,647 per year +

Shift: Nights, 10:30pm-7:00am

Lead the night shift at a busy HGV dealership as Night Supervisor. You'll manage the workshop and operations teams, oversee HGV vehicle servicing and preparation, maintain high safety standards, and ensure smooth overnight operations. This is a hands-on role for an experienced supervisor who knows HGV workshops and night-time logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise night shift workshop and operations staff
• Oversee HGV servicing, repairs, and vehicle preparation
• Ensure workshop and yard comply with health and safety standards
• Coach, support, and manage night shift team performance
• Monitor workflow and resolve operational issues
• Report to day shift management for seamless handovers

Essential Skills

• Proven night shift supervision or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of HGV workshop operations and processes
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to make independent decisions under pressure

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in HGV dealerships or commercial vehicle workshops
• Understanding of HGV compliance and safety regulations
• Experience managing teams of staff
