Groundworks Working Foreman/Supervisor

Osenka recruitment are looking for an experienced Groundwork's Working Foreman to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven leadership skills in groundwork's and civil engineering, who is looking for long-term, stable employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and leading a team of ground workers on site.

• Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification.

• Hands-on involvement in groundwork's tasks (drainage, kerbing, concreting, ducting, paving, site prep on residential development

• Coordinating with site management, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Monitoring progress, quality, and health & safety compliance.

• Completing all necessary site paperwork

Start date: ASAP

Duration: permanent

Location: Corby

Rate: Negotiable

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Supervisor within groundwork's/civil engineering.

• CSCS card (gold/black preferred).

• SSSTS/SMSTS certification desirable.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
