Quality Assurance Engineer

Excel Technical Consulting have a new opportunity available in the south of the UK requiring a Quality engineer to support a well-known aerospace client for around 12 months. The position will have a focus on maintaining audit readiness throughout their manufacturing/production departments as well as ensuring customer qualification.

Additional tasks will include:

• Create and update FAIR documentation,
• Review and approval of quality documentation,
• Update and monitor customer documentation status,
• Support document control and quality records,
• Support internal and customer audits through preparation of required documentation and evidence packs.

To be considered for this opportunity, our client is looking for candidates to hold experience within an aerospace environment and AS9102/9145 as well as qualifications within HNC/HND, and APQP/PPAP. With all of this in mind, our client will be offering a competitive hourly rate to work around 45 hours in a Monday to Friday working week.
