About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, confident Level 4 Skin Therapist who is passionate about results and serious about skin. You'll be delivering cutting-edge treatments, building trust with clients, and helping guide them on their journey to healthier, radiant skin.
This is a performance-based role, perfect for someone driven and looking to grow within a professional aesthetics setting.
Responsibilities
Deliver advanced treatments: micro-needling, chemical peels, LED therapy, radio-frequency, and more (training provided if needed)
Perform in-depth skin consultations and create bespoke treatment plans
Confidently retail professional skincare and build client loyalty
Keep accurate, compliant treatment records and deliver excellent aftercare
Contribute to a welcoming, high-standard clinical environment
Collaborate with our doctor and clinic team to support client journeys and clinic success
What We're Looking For
Level 3 Beauty Therapy (essential)
Level 4 qualification in advanced skin treatments (microneedling, chemical peels)
At least 1 year of clinic, spa, or salon experience in skin
Passionate about results, science-backed treatments, and ongoing learning
Confident recommending treatment plans and products
Friendly, professional, and highly reliable
