Key Responsibilities:You'll be the driving force behind the reservations and M&E sales function, ensuring seamless experiences for every guest and client:

• Lead and motivate the Reservations and M&E Sales team
• Oversee all reservations, sales and events enquiries, proposals, and bookings
• Work closely with all teams to deliver flawless events and stays
• Produce detailed event proposals, function sheets, and billing
• Actively up-sell and maximise room and event revenues in collaboration with Sales
• Provide post-event evaluations to enhance guest satisfaction and operations

What we're looking for:We'd love to hear from you if you can bring:

• Proven experience in hospitality Reservations and Sales
• Have strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and organisational ability
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Tech-savviness (RMS Cloud experience a bonus, but not essential)
• A collaborative, diplomatic approach when working across departments
• Local to the area would be advantageous but not essential
