Role: BMS Operations Manager

Location: Cardiff & South West

We are partnered with one of the UK s leading independent specialists in Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS). This is an opportunity to step into a senior leadership position where your expertise and influence will directly drive performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

You ll be leading a dedicated team of engineers and support staff, ensuring the seamless delivery of projects and service contracts across commercial, healthcare, education, and public infrastructure environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a regional team of BMS engineers and support staff

• Oversee service delivery and maintenance contracts to the highest standards

• Act as primary client contact, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction

• Manage performance, scheduling, resource planning and KPIs

• Provide hands-on technical guidance on Trend, Schneider and Siemens systems

What you ll need:

• Strong leadership and people management experience

• Technical knowledge of major BMS platforms

• A full UK driving licence
