As a Site Operations Leader, you'll be at the heart of our business:

Take ownership of daily site operations, including warehouse, transport, and logistics.

Lead and develop a diverse, engaged team through effective resource planning and coaching.

Drive performance by monitoring KPIs, spotting opportunities, and implementing improvements.

Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace, maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental responsibility.

Partner with teams across Transport, HR, Customer Service, and Retail to deliver outstanding results.

Keep costs in check through smart budgeting, resource utilisation, and stock management.

Inspire your colleagues with regular briefings, reviews, and tailored development opportunities.

Act fast to resolve operational challenges, keeping our site running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

You'll already be an experienced leader in logistics, warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments, with:

A proven track record of motivating, coaching, and developing teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and the agility to adapt to shifting priorities.

Confidence in health & safety, compliance, and operational best practice.

Hands-on experience with shift planning, KPI tracking, and resource management.

Great communication skills, with the ability to engage colleagues at every level.

Good IT literacy, including warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.

A proactive, flexible approach - always focused on improvement and colleague wellbeing.
