Welding Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welding/Pipefitting Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality work in line with project specifications and safety standards. This is a 2 week contract with an immediate start available.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of welding teams on-site.
• Ensure all welding work meets quality standards and project requirements.
• Monitor productivity and ensure deadlines are met without compromising safety or quality.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment.

Person specification:

• Proven experience as a welder and supervisor.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality assurance.
• Must be available to start immediately.
