What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the Office Team - Oversee a capable team, providing support, structure, and a strong culture.
• Client Relationship Management - Own and nurture relationships with commercial clients
• Driving Commercial Strategy - Use financial data and insight to influence decision-making, maintain a strong pipeline, and identify growth opportunities.
• Marketing & Business Development - Manage email campaigns, social media activity, and attend networking events to build awareness and new relationships.
• Supporting Business Operations - Lead daily office activities and contribute to larger strategic projects such as sourcing and evaluating new office space.
• Financial Insight - Turn data into meaningful insights to support strategic decisions.
