Your Role:

As a Financial Services Administrator , you'll be an integral part of the team, assisting experienced paraplanners and financial advisors. Duties include:

  • Sending out Letters of Authority promptly.
  • Contacting pension and investment providers to gather information.
  • Completing information checklists upon receipt of information.
  • Creating plan summaries on receipt of LOA information
  • Processing new business applications, following up with providers, and updating client files with any progress
  • Sorting, scanning, and distributing incoming mail
  • Answering incoming calls and provide friendly, professional support

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for finance and helping people make informed financial decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ideally, some basic understanding of financial services or a related field (but full training will be provided!).
