Mortgage and Protection Administrator required a fast paced wealth management firm based in Aberdeen. Due to continued growth, they now require another administrator to join the mortgage team.

You will be responsible for

• The end-to-end processing mortgage and protection applications in accordance with FCA regulations
• Keeping clients updated on progress of new business.
• Maintaining and updating client files and internal records with progress of transactions in line with business standards.
• Arrange mortgage reviews and prepare relevant documentation
• Manage own workload, tasks and delivery
• Liaise with estate agents, solicitors and other third parties

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates need:

• Clear communicator able to speak with clients at all levels.
• Self-motivated and hunger and passion for the role
• Organised problem solver who has excellent attention to detail
• A good practical understanding of Outlook, Word, and Excel
