General Manager, Bristol 45k
We are recruiting for an experienced and driven General Manager to oversee a multi-site operation based in Bristol.
Managing a group of cafes and catering kiosks, this is a busy and demanding role.
As the General Manager, you will be
fully responsible for the operation of the cafes and kiosks
driving commercial growth through forward planning and strong marketing skills
managing a large team across all sites
hands on - able to jump in and help out when needed
Working hours are 5/7 days, 40 hours per week.
Due to locations, all applicants must be able to drive/have own car.
What we are looking for:
A strong and driven General Catering Manager with a proven work history
Experience in contract catering and multi-outlet operations
Strong operational experience with the ability to be hands on
Commercially minded
Good management capabilities - able to lead and manage a team of varying sizes
Passion for catering and hospitality with a strong customer focus
Excellent communication and organisational skills
