We are looking for a Factory Production Operative to join a site in Rugby, conveniently located near the train station.

The role involves working with metallic items, using hand tools, fettling, removing imperfections from cast products, and carrying out some hand assembly.

You will be expected to meet both production and quality targets.

Requirements:

• Reliable and committed to manual work
• Previous factory/production experience
• Confident using hand tools

This role offers:

• 13.00 per hour
• 37.5 hours paid per week
• Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment
