Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity available for an Airport Centre Coordinator to join the Heathrow Airport Operation team.
- Being the main point of contact between the company and the main client
- Giving support to the following departments: Airport Resolution Centre, Flight, Management Unit, Aircraft Dispatch Management, stand planning, Loading
- Control, Engineering and Aircraft Movements
- Attending daily meetings and communicating any transport issues
- Communicating with Airport Operations Manager regarding various queries both for the live and future operation
- Following and coordinating the live operation
- Monitoring aircraft changes and communicating to all relevant departments, checking catering figures, aircraft types, departure and arrival times, aircraft movements throughout the terminals
- Communicating any issues that could impact in the operations
- Support for Dispatch and Flight Coordinators
- Passionate and attention to detail

Qualifications
- Excellent organisation skills, ability to prioritise and delegate effectively
- Ability to remain calm under pressure - It's a busy department! Fun, but busy!
- Strong level of IT skills - you'll need to be able to work quickly and precisely
- Customer care focused
- Good team player - it's a job where you'll all need to have each other's back!
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Flexibility in regards to your work availability is essential, as the Operation runs 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
