Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and coordinate detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Assist in the delivery of projects from design through to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support senior team members in project management tasks.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and technical standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technician, ideally with exposure to education projects.
- Strong proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative approach to working within a team.
- Knowledge of building regulations and construction detailing.
