Key Responsibilities: - Assist Head Chef with kitchen management & food prep
- Ensure consistent, high-quality dishes
- Maintain hygiene & food safety standards
- Support stock management and ordering
- Contribute to menu development and specials
- Mentor and train junior staff
Ideal Candidate: - Experience as Junior Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie
