We re seeking an ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join a supportive, creative kitchen team. Work alongside the Executive Head Chef to deliver exceptional dishes and help develop a high-performing brigade.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Head Chef with kitchen management & food prep
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality dishes
  • Maintain hygiene & food safety standards
  • Support stock management and ordering
  • Contribute to menu development and specials
  • Mentor and train junior staff
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience as Junior Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie
  • Strong knowledge of modern & classic techniques
  • Proactive, collaborative, and passionate about hospitality
  • Committed to high standards and team development
