Legal Secretary-Conveyancing experience preferred

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 Per annum

The Role:-

Looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join a leading Firm, the successful candidate would ideally have some expereince working in a Conveyancing department-not essential but preferred with a minimum of one years experience in a Legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:-
  • Providing administrative support to solicitors and legal executives
  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing diaries and arranging appointments
  • Handling client inquiries and communicating with clients
  • Organising and maintaining legal files and documents
  • Assisting with research tasks and case preparation
What we are looking for:-
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal secretary role
  • Understanding of legal terminology and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
