Requirements Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience in family law. Partner-level experience or ready to step up from a Senior Associate role. A portable following of clients/referrers is essential. Proven ability to handle complex financial remedy cases, including those involving business assets, trusts, and cross-border issues.
