Programme Assurance Manager - Utilities

Our client is a multi-national civil engineering company with experience of delivering large scale utility framework contracts throughout the UK and a trusted delivery partner to a number of high profile clients.

Due to expansion of their delivery capability, we are now looking for an experienced Programme Assurance Manager to lead the successful execution of a growing portfolio.

Programme Assurance Manager Key Essentials:

• Reporting to the Regional Director, as Programme Assurance Manager your role will involve assisting with the delivery of infrastructure works from pre-construction through to completion
• Ensuring compliance with all client specifications, industry standards, and statutory regulations including CDM, HSE & NRSWA
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders, fostering trust and ensuring high service standards, helping to increase workload
• Supporting commercial teams with project forecasting, cost tracking, and change management
• Providing regular reports to the senior leadership team, highlighting any potential areas of concern in adequate time

Programme Assurance Manager Requirements:

• Proven track record in senior operational leadership of utility or highway framework contracts
• Commercially astute with good understanding of contract delivery and cost control
• Effective at stakeholder management at a senior level

This position will require frequent travel throughout the South Coast from Somerset to Kent
