Job Description

Senior Residential Support Worker / Team Leader - Join Our Caring Family!

Pay: £14.25 - £14.75 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Sleep-ins: £60 per sleep (paid on top of your hourly rate)
Hours: Full-time, averaging 37.5 per week (minimum 30). Typical rota is 1 on, 2 off, with regular sleep-ins.
Contract: Fixed-term maternity cover (approx. 12 months) with potential to become permanent.
Location: Fleetwood

Experience in residential childcare.

Full UK driving licence (to support young people with outings and appointments).
