Senior Residential Support Worker / Team Leader - Join Our Caring Family!
Pay: £14.25 - £14.75 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Sleep-ins: £60 per sleep (paid on top of your hourly rate)
Hours: Full-time, averaging 37.5 per week (minimum 30). Typical rota is 1 on, 2 off, with regular sleep-ins.
Contract: Fixed-term maternity cover (approx. 12 months) with potential to become permanent.

Lead shifts with confidence and compassion, making sure every young person feels safe, cared for, and valued.
Guide and support your team, being a role model they can look up to.

Keep things running smoothly and compliant with Ofsted standards.
What We're Looking For
Experience in residential childcare.
Leadership skills - you inspire and motivate others.
Full UK driving licence (to support young people with outings and appointments).
