We are seeking an experienced recruiter with a strong background in engineering, manufacturing or technical recruitment to join Stannah's Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This Talent Acquisition Advisor job is based in Andover, Hampshire.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for hiring across a range of engineering and technical positions within our engineering and production functions.
You will help shape and deliver effective talent acquisition strategies to secure the right people in a highly competitive market.
Working closely with Senior Leaders and Hiring Managers, you will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on recruitment best practice and ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
