Air Conditioning Engineer - £42,640 base + Paid Travel (OTE £48k+)

We're looking for an experienced air conditioning engineer to join our growing team. With a £42,640 base salary (up to £20.50/hour), plus door-to-door travel pay, you'll realistically take home around £48k per year before overtime or call-outs.

The role

As an air conditioning engineer, you'll carry out planned maintenance and reactive call-outs, as well as service and repair VRVs, VRFs, split systems, and general A/C units. You'll also support installation and upgrade projects across commercial sites.

What you'll need

• F-Gas Category 1 (minimum)
• Proven experience in a field-based, multi-site role
• Strong technical knowledge of A/C systems
• Cool head under pressure and great customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check
